PAIRED WITH A FINE WINE - Our beautifully detailed Wine Bottles suspenders were designed from the original hand drawings of Monika Slivkova and are lined with purple & green hued wine bottles. These limited edition braces are made of 1 5/8-inch wide handwoven silk and backed with Melton wool. Designed with a Y-back with leather crosspatch and lower elastic, these otherwise non-stretch suspenders have polished nickel tone brass size adjusters to allow for perfect sizing. Black runner end attachments include buttons for additional convenience. Each design is limited to 500 pieces and each pair is individually numbered, making these 46-inch suspenders truly unique.

Suspender sizes indicate the length of the suspender straps in inches from the end of the attachment point in the front past the cross patch on the back to the tip of the attachment point on the back.

How to Measure

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.
