LUXURIOUS SILK SUSPENDERS IN BEAUTIFUL TEAL - Designed with elegant silk in a bold, beautiful teal, these 1.5-inch wide Trafalgar braces are perfect for your classy event. Crafted with a Y-back, these are reinforced with a full grain leather crosspatch with lower elastic for the perfect amount of stretch. Black runner end attachments, reserved for the dressiest suspenders, are crafted with black leather & nylon button ends. Polished nickel size adjusters allow for adjusting to the perfect length. Handcrafted in the United States, these Trafalgar suspenders are offered in 48-inch length to fit those between 5'9 - 6'1" of average build.

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.
