HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE - IT’S EASY!

We want you to be happy! Assuming your products are unsoiled and unworn (other than to try-on of course) we are glad to make an exchange or issue a refund within 30 days of receipt.

All sales on our Clearance items are final and are not eligible for returns. 

Simply package the products up and ship them back the address below, we recommend USPS because it is the most cost effective:

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Items must be in new condition, unworn (except to try on) and in original packaging.
  • Include clear instructions on how you would like to proceed.
  • Please include a copy of the packing slip or clear contact information.  This will include your name and phone number.
  • If it’s been more than 30 days since receipt, we reserve the right to refuse returns or accept it with a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us for details.
  • If you just want a different product, we ask that you pay the postage to return the products to us and then we will ship out the replacement to you for FREE.

OR

For a $6.00 fee, we will email you a postage paid label for the return item.

  • This does not apply for INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.

EXCEPTIONS:

- We will not issue refunds for damaged or soiled products that are returned to us.
- Shipping/Handling costs are not refunded if the order was processed and shipped to you unless the return was a result of the store's mistake.
