A SLIVER OF SKY AND SMIDGEN OF RED ON YOUR NAVY SUSPENDERS! These navy blue suspenders are woven with the perfect pop of sky blue and red. With just enough color to be eye-catching but not flashy, the finely textured grosgrain of these suspenders looks crisp and elegant. Finished with an elastic X-back below a high-quality black leather crosspatch, these 1 3/8-inch wide suspenders are finished with dressy nickel drop clips. Available in both 46-inch and 54-inch lengths, these suspenders are also available in Button-On.

Suspender sizes indicate the length of the suspender straps in inches from the end of the attachment point in the front past the cross patch on the back to the tip of the attachment point on the back.

How to Measure

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.

I could buy 2 and receive free shipping before but now I must buy 3 at $21.95 to receive free shipping. For 2 now I am short under $2.00. My budget can not handle that big of a hit so I can only buy 1 + shipping. I had in my budget to buy 2 but that doesn't work now :(

I love these fly fishing "fly's with names" suspenders. People tell me all the time how they like them and I say every time "SuspenderStore.com" I must have thrown out your name at least 100 times a year going on at least 10 years now I would guess. If you could look up my account, you would know how many years! I just wish it was the old way basically buy 2 and receive free shipping. How about a Veterans discount good enough for free shipping or a cost reduction where I could afford 3 in order to get free shipping? Buy so many and get free shipping for life?
