NAVY BLUE JACQUARD PETITE DIAMOND BUTTON SUSPENDERS The subtle tone-on-tone diamond pattern of these suspenders will lend a dressy touch to the dapper dresser. In weaving this beautiful jacquard, the process blends two tones of the same color to produce a background accented by a subtly lighter small diamond pattern. In Navy Blue, these suspenders will be a perfect addition to the dressy and conservative wardrobe. Made of 1.5-inch wide elastic material, these braces are finished with a leather Y-back crosspiece and button attachments. Available in 3 sizes.

Suspender sizes indicate the length of the suspender straps in inches from the end of the attachment point in the front past the cross patch on the back to the tip of the attachment point on the back.

How to Measure

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.
