STUNNING SILK IN BASKET WEAVE PATTERN -  Perfect for your dressiest of occasions, our stunning silk braces are designed from 1 3/8-inch wide fabric with a delicate basket weave design. These braces are available in black with black leather crosspatch, or white with a white leather crosspatch over an elastic Y-back. Both black & white suspenders are finished with nickel size adjusters for a finely tuned fit. Available in 46-inch and 54-inch lengths.

Suspender sizes indicate the length of the suspender straps in inches from the end of the attachment point in the front past the cross patch on the back to the tip of the attachment point on the back.

How to Measure

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

How to measure for suspender size

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.
