BEAUTIFUL BRAIDED LEATHER SUSPENDERS IN 1-INCH WIDTH! These gorgeous suspenders are 1-inch wide and handwoven in Britain from genuine leather. The antique nickel buckle adjuster can be used for sizing and the suspenders are designed with a Y-back with lower elastic for a perfect fit. We offer these in a 46-inch length and they are available in both black and tan.

Suspender sizes indicate the length of the suspender straps in inches from the end of the attachment point in the front past the cross patch on the back to the tip of the attachment point on the back.

How to Measure

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.

There are no good quality suspenders now a day! My partner Kenny needs them, and bought a pair from Marks work warehouse that immediately broke - our only other options in my small town was Walmart and they only had one very small size available! I want him to have what he needs and everyone on line said this had to be the best place to go. I live in Canada and know it won't be cheap to get it across the border with the current state of things but we are desperate! I am sorry it is a small order as it is all we can affod but I think this will make a big different in his day to day - Thank you!
