SIZE GUIDE FOR HANDCRAFTED LEATHER SUSPENDERS

Our handcrafted western leather suspenders are made by hand by a leather artisan, and as such the sizing between individual suspenders of the same size can vary slightly. The size of the suspenders is adjustable via the front leather buckle strap which provides a 3-4 inch length range. To determine which size to order, take a tape measure and measure from the center of the back where the suspenders will attach to the pants, diagonally up over one shoulder, and then straight down the side of the chest to where the suspenders will attach to the pants on that front side. This is your suspender measurement in inches. Look up this measurement in the chart below to see which size to order.

While a specific suspender may be able to be made slightly shorter or longer depending on its unique cut, the average size ranges for our handcrafted western leather suspenders are as follows:

If, for example, your suspender measurement is 43 inches, you should order a medium which will fit people with suspender measurements between 39 - 43 inches. While you could also wear a large, since leather may stretch slightly as it ages, the medium would allow you to shorten the suspender in the future. However, if your suspender measurement is 44 inches you should order a Large because the Medium cannot be extended to that length. These suspenders are 1.5 inches wide.
