BURGUNDY, BORDEAUX, OXBLOOD, WINE, MAROON - Whatever color you choose to call these, our beautiful silk braces are perfect for your stylish event. Designed of 1 3/8-inch wide silk straps, these are joined at the Y-back by a black leather crosspatch & lower rear elastic for comfort. Black formal runner-end button attachments are trimmed with black leather, and six (6) buttons are included. Polished nickel size adjusters allow for fine-tuning the length. Available in a 48-inch length to fit most between 5'9" - 6'1" in height, and a 54-inch length to fit most between 6'1" - 6'5" in height.

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.
