TRUCKER SUSPENDERS - clip on the side. Getting in and out of your vehicle will no longer mean you have to pull up your pants! Unique suspender construction - you slip your arms through the suspender straps as though putting on a jacket, and clip them to your side waistband - only two clips per suspender - and they're adjustable. These suspenders have two-inch wide sturdy elastic straps, leather back patch and heavy construction clips. Available in a 54-inch long to fit those between 6'1" - 6'5", and in a 60-inch long to fit folks between 6'4" - 6'9" tall, or those folks with a bigger build. We also offer these in standard sizes.

Suspender sizes indicate the length of the suspender straps in inches from the end of the attachment point in the front past the cross patch on the back to the tip of the attachment point on the back.

How to Measure

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

How to measure for suspender size

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.
