SIZE GUIDE FOR BASKETWEAVE WESTERN GALLUSES

The size of our basketweave galluses can be adjusted on the front via the buckle strap adjuster and on the back by adjusting the length of the elastic strip. Due to variability in their production, the lengths of the leather straps and the lengths of the elastic strip can both vary from suspender to suspender which alters the specific fit of each suspender. We have provided the average length in inches of each size of these suspenders in the table below.

While a specific suspender may be able to be shortened or lengthened more than the ranges indicated, on average the following measurements apply:

To determine which size to order, take a tape measure and measure from the center of the back where the suspenders will attach to the pants, diagonally up over one shoulder, and then straight down the side of the chest to where the suspenders will attach to the pants on that front side. This is your suspender measurement in inches. Look up this measurement in the chart above to see which size to order.
