CHILDREN'S AND YOUTH SOLID COLOR BUTTON SUSPENDERS With genuine leather button-on attachments and patch on a Y-back, these 1-inch wide elastic suspenders will make a stylish statement. Unfortunately these quality suspenders are no longer available in the 30 inch and 36 inch length - we have only a few select colors left in each of these sizes. However, the 42-inch length will fit older kids and youth from 5' to 5'9" tall. These suspenders are also available in adult sizes.

The BLACK suspenders sport a beautiful black leather patch and attachments, while the TAN and BROWN suspenders have brown leather. The NAVY, DARK GREY and LIGHT GREY suspenders are available in your choice of a black or brown leather, and the WHITE suspenders have matching white leather for a touch of class.

Suspender sizes indicate the length of the suspender straps in inches from the end of the attachment point in the front past the cross patch on the back to the tip of the attachment point on the back.

How to Measure

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.
