AVAILABLE IN MANY COLORS & SIZES, OUR STURDY & ATTRACTIVE DECORATIVE PIN CLIP SUSPENDERS - Made from 1.5-inch wide sturdy elastic, these high-quality suspenders are finished with an X-back joined with a leather crosspatch. In addition, the nickel clips have a heavy duty nickel pin that will go straight through the fabric & are further reinforced with plastic teeth that hold both sides of the fabric taut. The Brown & Tan suspenders have a brown leather crosspatch, the White suspenders have a white leather crosspatch, and all other colors have a black leather crosspatch. Available in 42", 48", 54" and 60" lengths for the perfect fit, with nickel size adjusters allowing for the perfect length.

Suspender sizes indicate the length of the suspender straps in inches from the end of the attachment point in the front past the cross patch on the back to the tip of the attachment point on the back.

How to Measure

The most accurate way to determine the correct suspender size is to use a tape measure on the person who will be wearing the suspenders as shown in the image below:

Once you have this measurement, round up to the next size suspender, since the suspender size indicates the length of the straps fully extended and the suspenders can be shortened, not lengthened.

Note: If the measurement is very close to a suspender size and you prefer the adjusters to fall high on the torso, order the next size up. For example, if you measure 41 inches, the adjusters on a 42-inch suspender will fall about 1 inch above the waistband of the pants or skirt, whereas those of a 48-inch suspender will fall about 7 inches above the waistband. This is simply a matter of personal preference.
